Optimize Windows: In this section of the program you get to manage your start-up programs. This simple to use feature allows you to -uncheck all the programs you do not use on a regular basis. To Clean the registry you simply hit the start scan button. PCHA will then scan your registry for any errors. It will also scan your running process to notify you if you have any active malware traces running on your computer. After that it does what they call a privacy scan. This will remove a ton of junk files on your computer.

Defrag Option: You can use PC Health Advisor to also Defrag your computer. this helps to organize all the data on your hard drive into so your computer can access it faster. However this option only pops up when PCHA detects you need it. It's one of the only things I really did not like about the program. I like to manually decide what is best for me but it will come up when it's time to Defrag your PC. |

After the initial scan you get a great looking interface that lets you select all you want to fix. The scan auto checks for running malware, privacy files, start-up programs and of course the registry items that need to be cleaned.
You can simply it the "Fix All" button to repair the registry items and remove your privacy files. However you still need to manually Optimize your Startup Processes.
